On January 2, Phil Houston appeared on The Kelly File with Megyn Kelly for a special report on the Baby Lisa case. When young Lisa Irwin went missing from her Kansas City home in October 2011, authorities quickly identified the girl’s parents as likely suspects. But during his interviews with both Deborah Bradley and Jeremy Irwin just 10 days later, Houston concluded that both parents have been telling the truth: They aren’t responsible for Lisa’s disappearance.
